North St. Louis County Habitat for Humanity worked with the Virginia High School Construction Trades class with help from the Applied Learning Institute to fully remodel this home on 13th St. South. The labor for the majority of the this rehab project came from dedicated students from the Quad Cities area and the heating and ventilation is being done by the Hibbing Community College’s HVAC Class. Many thanks as well to Lightening Electric who is donating their services to put in new electrical systems in the home.
Tricia Jalonen and her son moved in on July 1, 2010 and are enjoying making their house a home.
