North St. Louis County Habitat for Humanity

This was the 14th family to be helped in Virginia, MN. The Schmidt’s new was sold to Habitat for Humanty by a former Habitat family. After Kelly Schmidt completed her 200 hours of “sweat equity”, the family was able to move into their new home.
